We're a friendly team, happy to personally assist you with your purchase choices, please contact with your questions. Our team consists of an interior designer, geologists, a reiki healer and experts in packing and shipping delicate goods.
We have two warehouses located in Murwillumbah and Tweed Heads, northern NSW, Australia
Customer care hours: Monday to Friday: 10am - 4pm AEST. Closed public holidays.
Payment
We accept credit card, EFT (contact us directly), Paypal, or Afterpay / Laybuy payment plans (Shop now, pay over 4-6 weeks).
Shipping
We use a variety of couriers: Australia Post, Aramex, and Sendle, Australia's 100% carbon neutral delivery service.
- FREE standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $100.
- $10 regular or $25 express Australia wide shipping.
- World wide shipping from $35.
We pack every order with great care. Please contact us about adding shipping insurance if additional cover is required.
FREE pickup from our warehouse (click and collect)
You can collect your order at our warehouse. Located on the border of Tweed Heads (northern NSW) and Coolangatta (southern Gold Coast QLD).
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready. Our warehouse is not open all the time, we will arrange a time that suits you (within business hours) for you to collect your order from our staff. Our warehouse address is in the confirmation email. Pick up is usually ready in 24hours, sometimes exceptions can be made for urgent same day click and collect.
Karma gift tip
We believe in good Karma and giving back. Add a karma gift tip (at checkout) to pay forward and we will pass it along to the next customer in our packing list. Let us know how much to pay forward as a karma crystal, it's like paying for a coffee for the next person in line. Your good deed for the day. A person before you may have added a pay it forward karma gift so you may receive a FREE karma crystal in your order too. Returns
Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer store credit on full price items only. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please be aware: the majority of our products are handmade or natural (ie crystals). Markings, colour and shape character are a reminder of their authenticity and are not considered faults. Items marked either "sale, vintage, antique, custom, preorder or made-to-order" are not returnable.
Preorders
We are happy to reorder sold out items at your request. We are happy to source similar crystals to ones sold out. We also have coming soon items available for preorder for you.
